I turned 40 this year and feel as though I have both lived a lifetime and am just getting started. I am inspired by the possibilities that exist when people operate at their full potential at work and in life.
My purpose is to help redefine High Performance in the workplace and greatly increase global workplace engagement by 2025
A client of mine affectionately named me “Chief Possibilities Officer” which speaks to my ability to take complexity and make it simple. I thrive in fast paced, growth oriented, people centered environments. I love storytelling, creating and making an Impact. I live in the most beautiful playground in the world – the Coastal Mountains of British Columbia.
